Welcome to the USA Car Liners Order Tracking Center. Every set of our custom-tailored mats and liners is individually manufactured to match your vehicle's exact Year, Make, and Model.
π¦ Production & Shipping Timeline
Because your mats are custom-crafted to order, our production team requires 1 to 5 business days for precision laser-cutting, tailoring, and quality inspection before dispatch.
Orders are shipped via secure air freight and handed over to UPS or FedEx for final doorstep delivery. The total estimated delivery window is 15 to 25 business days.
β οΈ Important Notice Regarding Tracking Updates
When your shipping label is initially generated, please note that it is completely normal for tracking numbers to show no active scan updates or movement for the first 10 to 15 days while your custom parcel travels via international air freight and clears U.S. customs.
Once the package arrives at the local U.S. sorting facility and is scanned by UPS or FedEx, the tracking progress and local delivery date will automatically update in real time.
π Policy on Shipping, Chargebacks & Refusals
As a custom-manufacturing business, all orders are final once production begins after 24 hours. Because each liner is custom-tailored specifically for your vehicle, orders cannot be cancelled, forcefully refused, or returned to sender due to standard international transit timeframes.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank while your custom order is in transit or before contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms of Service. If you have any concerns regarding your delivery, you are legally required to contact our support team first.
