This website and online store are operated by USA Car Liners (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). USA Car Liners specializes in custom-engineered automotive interior and exterior protection products, including custom floor mats, trunk liners, and weatherproof car covers (collectively, the "Services" or "Products"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the e-commerce platform to deliver our Products to you.

By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including our Return & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. ONLINE STORE & ACCOUNT TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping details for all orders. You are responsible for keeping your email address and payment details up to date.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and trademark laws).

2. CUSTOM FITMENT & VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS

We specialize in custom-tailored vehicle accessories engineered to match specific Year, Make, Model, and Interior Trim specifications provided by the customer.

  • Customer Specification Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to select the exact Year, Make, Model, Body Style, Seating Configuration, and Interior Trim at checkout. USA Car Liners is not liable for fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle selection or undisclosed aftermarket modifications (e.g., custom seating, pedal alterations, or aftermarket subwoofers).
  • Color & Texture Rendering: We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration or production batch variances.
  • Product Availability: All descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW FOR CUSTOM ORDERS

⚠️ CRITICAL CANCELLATION NOTICE:
Because our mats, trunk liners, and covers undergo custom 3D CAD pattern cutting shortly after purchase, orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund. Once the 24-hour window passes, custom tailoring is underway, raw materials are allocated, and orders cannot be canceled, intercepted, or modified.

4. PRICES, TAXES & FREIGHT

Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices include standard outbound shipping to the contiguous U.S. We cover standard customs duties and import taxes for direct-to-consumer deliveries. Remote non-contiguous regions (e.g., AK, HI, PR, GU, VI) may incur freight surcharges as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

5. SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & REFUSED DELIVERIES

  • Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon carrier delivery confirmation to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or failure to collect the delivery, the buyer is responsible for reshipment costs. Unauthorized refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

6. MANDATORY VEHICLE SAFETY & INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

⚠️ MANDATORY VEHICLE SAFETY REQUIREMENT:
It is the driver’s sole responsibility to inspect and ensure that installed floor mats, trunk liners, or car covers do not interfere with safe vehicle operation.

  • Pedal Clearance: Floor mats must be securely anchored using factory retention posts or included mounting clips. MATS MUST NEVER OBSTRUCT OR INTERFERE WITH THE ACCELERATOR, BRAKE, OR CLUTCH PEDALS.
  • Car Covers: Car covers are for stationary, parked vehicles only. NEVER OPERATE A VEHICLE WITH A CAR COVER INSTALLED. Allow hot exhaust pipes and engines to cool completely prior to covering.

USA Car Liners disclaims all liability for vehicle damage, personal injury, or accidents resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.

7. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact our support team to resolve any issues prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card issuer.

  • Unlawful Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback claiming an order was "not received" when tracking confirms carrier delivery, or claiming "item not as described" without adhering to our official RMA process and photo proof requirements, is considered fraudulent.
  • Evidence Submission: In the event of an unauthorized chargeback, USA Car Liners will submit full transaction records, IP address logs, carrier delivery proof, vehicle specification confirmations, and these agreed Terms directly to the financial institution as binding proof of fulfillment.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website—including text, CAD designs, graphics, logos, images, and pattern designs—is the property of USA Car Liners and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USA CAR LINERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING VEHICLE DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT COSTS) ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR PRODUCTS.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
