This website and online store are operated by USA Car Liners (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). USA Car Liners specializes in custom-engineered automotive interior and exterior protection products, including custom floor mats, trunk liners, and weatherproof car covers (collectively, the "Services" or "Products"). Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the e-commerce platform to deliver our Products to you.

By visiting our site, purchasing from us, or accessing any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Return & Cancellation Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE & ACCOUNT TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

  • Accuracy of Account Info: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information for all orders. You are responsible for keeping your email address and payment details up to date so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
  • Prohibited Activity: You may not use our Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and trademark laws).

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & CUSTOM FITMENT SPECIFICATIONS

We specialize in custom-tailored vehicle accessories engineered to fit specific Year, Make, Model, and Interior Trim specifications.

  • Color & Texture Renderings: We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and materials as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to your device’s screen settings, display calibration, or natural production batch variances.
  • Customer Spec Verification: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to select the exact Year, Make, Model, Body Style, Seating Configuration, and Interior Trim at checkout. USA Car Liners is not responsible for fitment issues resulting from incorrect vehicle selection or undisclosed aftermarket modifications (e.g., custom seating, pedal alterations, aftermarket audio subwoofers).
  • Product Availability & Modifications: All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit sales quantities on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS & CUSTOM FULFILLMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. USA Car Liners reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

⚠️ 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Because our mats, trunk liners, and car covers undergo custom 3D CAD pattern cutting shortly after purchase, orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement for a 100% full refund. Once the 24-hour window passes, custom tailoring is underway, raw materials are allocated, and orders cannot be canceled, intercepted, or modified.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT

Prices for our Products are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, as displayed in your order confirmation email.

  • Taxes & Duties: Unless stated otherwise, posted prices include standard outbound shipping fees to the contiguous U.S. We fully cover customs duties and import taxes for standard direct-to-consumer deliveries.
  • Remote Territory Surcharges: Orders shipping to remote non-contiguous regions (such as AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, or international territories) may incur additional freight surcharges as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, RISK OF LOSS & UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

Delivery dates and transit timeframes provided on our site are estimates and are not strict guarantees. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.

  • Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery of the package by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Undeliverable / Refused Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address entered by the buyer or failure to claim the delivery, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment costs. Unauthorized refusal of delivery does not qualify for a refund.

SECTION 6 - SAFE INSTALLATION & VEHICLE SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Proper installation of automotive accessories is vital for safe vehicle operation.

⚠️ MANDATORY VEHICLE SAFETY REQUIREMENT:
It is the driver’s sole responsibility to inspect and ensure that installed floor mats, trunk liners, or car covers do not interfere with safe vehicle operation.
  • Floor Mats: Prior to driving, you must verify that floor mats are securely anchored using factory retention posts or included clips and that they NEVER obstruct the accelerator, brake, or clutch pedals.
  • Car Covers: Car covers must be used on parked, stationary vehicles only. NEVER drive or operate a vehicle while a car cover is installed. Allow hot exhaust pipes and engines to cool completely before covering the vehicle.
USA Car Liners disclaims all liability for vehicle damage, personal injury, or accidents resulting from improper installation, failure to anchor mats, or misuse of products.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on this website—including text, CAD designs, graphics, logos, images, video clips, and software—is the property of USA Car Liners or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any site content or product pattern designs without explicit written permission from USA Car Liners.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

USA Car Liners is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online e-commerce infrastructure that enables us to offer our Products to you. However, all commercial transactions and sales agreements are made strictly between you and USA Car Liners. You hereby release Shopify Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to your transactions with USA Car Liners.

SECTION 9 - CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION POLICY

By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to attempt to resolve any issues or grievances directly with our support team prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

  • Unlawful Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback claiming an order was "not received" when carrier tracking confirms delivery, or claiming "item not as described" without adhering to our RMA process and photo proof requirements, is considered fraudulent under payment network rules.
  • Evidentiary Submissions: In the event of an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback, USA Car Liners will submit complete order records, IP logs, carrier delivery proof, vehicle specification confirmations, and these signed Terms directly to the issuing bank as binding proof of fulfillment.

SECTION 10 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY USA CAR LINERS, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL USA CAR LINERS, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, VEHICLE DAMAGE, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Products or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of or access to our Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
